How the board is priced
The price is fetched when you look at the page, not when the page was built. Each airline's fleet, its rate for the sector and its roster for that day are read at that moment, so a number on this board is the number the airline is quoting now — and it lapses when the roster changes.
Empty seats come first because they are cheapest. A sector that is already flying with room to spare is sold by the seat, at 40 to 70 per cent less than the same journey as a whole charter. Under them is the full-charter price for every aircraft that can make the leg with your party on board.
The weather shown at both ends is the same input the airline uses to decide whether the flight lifts. The estimated departure is the earliest the desk would commit to on that forecast, not a timetable.
